- What we do not run

- Do we sell it
- No. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This summary is for orientation only. The full detail is below and is what applies.
Who we are and how to reach us
Leadnox operates leadnox.si and decides how the information described below is handled. leadnox.si is part of the Leadnox Group, alongside leadnox.io and leadnox.in. This policy covers leadnox.si only. Those sites publish their own policies.
For any privacy question, or to exercise any of the rights described in this policy, email contact@leadnox.io. It is the Leadnox Group's shared inbox, which is why it uses the leadnox.io domain, and a person on our team reads every message. We aim to respond within 30 days, and always within the time the law requires.
Information you give us through the contact form
The main place this site asks for personal information is the qualification form on our Contact page. When you submit it, we receive:
- your name;
- your business name;
- your work email address;
- your phone number, including the country code you select;
- the industry you pick;
- the service you are most interested in;
- your current monthly ad budget range, if you choose one, as this field is optional;
- your answer to the question about your biggest growth challenge, written in your own words.
When the form is saved to our database, the record also includes the address of the page you submitted it from and the time it was received, so we know which page prompted the enquiry, plus two internal markers our team uses to track follow-up.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in the free-text field, such as health, financial account or government identity details, or information about your own patients, clients or customers. We do not need it, and we ask you not to send it.
To keep out automated spam, the form contains a hidden field that people never see and a short timing check. Both run in your browser and record nothing about you.
By submitting the form you ask us to contact you about your enquiry by email or by phone at the number you give us.
Information you give us through the newsletter signup
The newsletter signup on our Blog asks only for your email address. We use it to send you our monthly insights email and for nothing else, and we never add it to anyone else's list.
Every newsletter email will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can also simply email contact@leadnox.io asking us to stop. We will act on it promptly and without asking why.
The signup uses the same hidden spam check as the contact form, and newsletter addresses are never saved to our database.
How your form reaches us
Each delivery service below is switched on separately in the site's settings. We describe all of them here, so this policy stays accurate as they are connected.
- Email delivery through Web3Forms: When switched on, both forms are delivered to our inbox as an email by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Web3Forms receives the fields you complete, along with your IP address and browser details as part of the connection.
- Storage in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore: When switched on, contact form submissions are also saved in a Cloud Firestore database run by Google Firebase, so our team can follow up. Its rules let the website create a new enquiry and nothing else: no one can read, change or delete a stored enquiry from a browser, and our team reads enquiries only through Google's Firebase console. Newsletter signups are never stored there.
- Before these services are switched on: Until online delivery is connected, pressing the button on either form sends nothing over the internet. Instead, the form offers a link that opens your own email app with a pre-filled message to contact@leadnox.io containing what you typed. Nothing reaches us unless you choose to send that email from your own account, and it then arrives like any other email.
When Firestore storage is switched on, submitting the contact form also loads Google's Firebase software from www.gstatic.com at that moment, so Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. Simply reading pages never loads it.
If JavaScript is turned off in your browser, these steps cannot run. Until Web3Forms is switched on, your browser then offers to open your own email app with what you typed; once it is switched on, your browser sends what you typed directly to Web3Forms.
Information collected automatically
This website is a set of static pages served by Firebase Hosting, a Google service. Like almost every web host, Google keeps standard server logs when your browser requests a page or file: your IP address, the address requested, your browser's user agent (a short description of your browser and device type) and the time of the request. These logs are kept for security and reliability, under Google's own retention schedule.
Beyond those logs, the site collects nothing about your visit. Fonts, icons, images and scripts are all served from leadnox.si itself, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts or to any other third-party font, script or tracking service. We do not use server logs to identify or profile visitors.
Cookies and browser storage
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. leadnox.si sets no cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner.
The site keeps one entry in your browser's local storage, and only if you use the day and night switch. We would rather name it than describe it in the abstract:
| Name | Where it is kept | What it does | Sent anywhere? |
|---|---|---|---|
| lx-theme | Your browser's local storage, set by this site | Remembers whether you chose the day or night version of the site, so it opens the same way next time | Never. It stays on your device. |
You can clear it at any time in your browser settings. If you do, the site simply opens in its default night theme on your next visit.
The fluid animation that follows your pointer, shown on devices with a mouse or trackpad, runs entirely inside your browser. It reacts to your pointer movement on screen, stores nothing and sends nothing to us or anyone else.
If Firestore storage is switched on and you submit the contact form, the Google Firebase software that loads at that moment may keep a small technical record in your browser's storage, noting the date it ran and its own version, which it sends to Google with its requests. It contains nothing you typed.
What this website does not collect or run
We want to be equally clear about what this website does not do.
- No analytics: This site does not use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or any other analytics tool. The only record of visits is the standard hosting log described above.
- No session recording or heatmaps: Nothing on this site records your mouse movement, scrolling or clicks, or replays your visit.
- No advertising or social pixels: We do not run the Meta pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok or Google advertising tags, or any similar tracking code, and we do not build advertising audiences from your visit.
- No chat assistant: There is no AI chat assistant or chatbot on this site.
- No cookies: The site sets no cookies, so there is no cookie banner to accept or decline.
- No accounts or payments: There is no login, shopping cart, payment form or comment system here, and we never ask for payment card details or government identifiers.
- No purchased data: We do not buy personal information about you from data brokers, and we do not enrich the details you give us with data bought from third parties.
Why we use your information
We use the details you submit through the contact form to reply to you, to prepare for and hold a conversation about your business, to prepare the audit or strategy you asked for, and to keep a record of our correspondence. If we begin working together, we use them to provide and administer that work.
We use your newsletter email address only to send the newsletter you asked for. Server logs are used for security, abuse prevention and keeping the site running.
We do not use any of this information for advertising, and we do not use it to make any automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect about you.
The legal basis for using your information
Where the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR applies to you, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and in operating and securing our website, on your consent for the newsletter, and, where we have entered into a contract with you, on the necessity of performing that contract.
You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work, and only so far as they need it:
| Provider | What it does for us | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase Hosting | Serves the pages and files of this website | The server log details described above: IP address, requested address, browser user agent and time |
| Google Firebase Cloud Firestore (when switched on) | Stores contact form submissions in a database our team can read | The contact form fields, the page address and time of submission, and your IP address and browser details as part of the connection |
| Web3Forms (when switched on) | Delivers contact form and newsletter submissions to our inbox as email once switched on, including forms submitted with JavaScript turned off | The fields you complete in either form, and your IP address and browser details as part of the connection |
Google describes how it handles data in the Google Privacy Policy and in its Firebase privacy information. Web3Forms publishes its own privacy policy at web3forms.com.
Because contact@leadnox.io is the Leadnox Group's shared inbox, your message may be read by Leadnox team members who also work on leadnox.io and leadnox.in. They use it only to respond to you.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, if we need to establish or defend a legal claim, or to protect the rights and safety of people using this site.
We do not sell or share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it for targeted advertising, as those terms are used in California and other United States state privacy laws. We have never done so through this website.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, you do not need to do anything more: this site already does not sell or share personal information, and it runs no tracking for the signal to switch off.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give you a right to limit it, and we ask you not to send us any.
International transfers
Our technical operations are based in Chennai, India, while this website is aimed at businesses in the United States. That means information you submit may be accessed from India, and the providers we use, Google and Web3Forms, may store and process it in the United States or elsewhere. Where the law requires a safeguard for such a transfer, we rely on the appropriate mechanism for the jurisdiction in question, including standard contractual clauses where they apply.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions, and emails you send us yourself, for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, so that we have a record of what was discussed. If we work together, we keep records for as long as the relationship lasts and for the period afterwards that our tax and legal obligations require.
We keep your newsletter email address until you unsubscribe, and then remove it from our list.
Server logs are kept by Google under its own retention schedule for Firebase Hosting. The lx-theme entry stays in your browser until you clear it.
You can ask us to delete your enquiry or your newsletter address at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Wherever you live, we will honor a request to access, correct or delete your information unless the law requires us to keep it.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
To exercise any right, email contact@leadnox.io. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, for example by asking you to write from the email address you gave us, so that we do not hand your information to someone else. We will not charge you or treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Your rights under United States state privacy laws
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and to access a copy of it; the right to delete it; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to opt out of its sale or sharing; the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia, have similar rights. Depending on the state, they include the right to confirm whether we process your personal information, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale and profiling. We do not sell personal information, run targeted advertising or profile visitors, and we will confirm that in writing if you ask.
Through this website we collect the following categories of personal information, as California law describes them:
| Category | What it includes on this site | Where it comes from | Why we use it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Identifiers | Your name, email address and phone number, and the IP address in server logs | You, through the forms, and your browser's requests to Firebase Hosting | Replying to your enquiry, sending the newsletter you asked for, and security |
| Commercial and professional information | Your business name, industry, the service you are interested in, your monthly ad budget range and your growth challenge | You, through the contact form | Understanding your enquiry and preparing our reply |
| Internet or other electronic network activity | The addresses your browser requests, your browser user agent and the time of each request | Your browser's requests to Firebase Hosting | Security, abuse prevention and reliability |
We disclose each category only to the service providers named above, for the purposes listed, and never to data brokers or advertisers. We keep each category for the periods described under How long we keep it. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information.
To make a request, email contact@leadnox.io. We will confirm that we received it and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized to act for you. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only, and it sends security headers, including a strict content security policy that allows scripts only from this site and, for the contact form's database connection, from the Google server that supplies the Firebase software.
When Firestore storage is switched on, its database rules accept only a new enquiry with a fixed set of checked fields. No one can read, change or delete stored enquiries from a browser. Our team reads them through Google's Firebase console, which requires a signed-in account with access to our project.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take these measures seriously and review them.
Children
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites and our social profiles
This site links to other websites, including leadnox.io and leadnox.in, the leadnox.io articles featured on our blog, and our LinkedIn and Instagram profiles. Those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one, and they may use technologies that leadnox.si does not, so we encourage you to read their policies before you share anything there.
When you follow a link from leadnox.si to another website, your browser tells that site at most that you came from leadnox.si, not which page you were on.
Automated decisions and profiling
We do not make any decision about you purely by automated means that produces a legal effect or a similarly significant effect. When we review an enquiry and decide whether we are a good fit for your business, a person at Leadnox makes that judgment.
If you are an existing client
This policy covers this website. When you become a client, we handle information belonging to your business and sometimes to your own customers, for example inside advertising platforms, your CRM or your call tracking. That work is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not by this page. In that context you are the controller of your customers' data and we act on your instructions.
Data breaches
If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant authority within the deadline the applicable law sets, and we will tell you directly without undue delay where the law requires it or where we judge that you would want to know.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles personal information, for example by adding a tool that collects information about visits, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will make that clear on the page.
Contact us
Questions about this policy, or a request about your information? Email contact@leadnox.io. A person on our team reads every message.
If you need this policy in a different format in order to read it, email us and we will provide one.
